Bruschetta Chicken with Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Recipe:
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
4 tomatoes diced and cored
1/2 purple onion chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
Five basil leaves chopped
Red pepper flakes 
Frozen or fresh Brussels sprouts halved 
Balsamic vinegar 
Organic Chicken breast 



Directions:

1. Take the first 8 ingredients and mix them together and set it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to make your bruschetta.
2. After 2 hours, preheat your oven to 425 and put Brussels sprouts in pan, then sprinkle with red pepper, salt, pepper and olive oil. Cook till crispy. 
3. Take out and sprinkle balsamic vinegar on them and mix till coated.
4. Coat chicken breast with olive oil, salt and pepper then cook in pan on the stove till brown on both sides. (6-10m per side/medium high)
5. In a plate, put Brussels sprouts, chicken breast and bruschetta. 
6. Enjoy!!!
